Committees

The EurAsia Group operates through a structured system of specialized committees that support and implement its research, clinical, educational, and charitable activities. These committees function as operational and working bodies, ensuring the effective execution of initiatives approved by the Board of Trustees, particularly the co-founders. Each committee is composed of members with relevant expertise and experience, contributing to the organization’s mission of advancing head and neck surgery, academic research, international collaboration, and community health. Through coordinated efforts across finance, administration, research, events, communication, and charity, the committees enable the EurAsia Group to function efficiently, transparently, and sustainably.
